Brand New Bodzin
Stephan Bodzin (looking the ever moody baldy Techno producer) has released two brand new tracks on the Spiel-Zeug Schallplatten imprint. Bodzin has become one of my favourite techno producers of recent months and has developed his own distinct sound on his own and in collaboration with producers Thomas Schumacher (Elektrochemie) Oliver Huntemann (Rekorder) and of course Marc Romboy. These two new gems carry on from maximal synth sounds aired on the recent Rekorder series (which owe a debt to 'The Sky Was Pink' by Nathan Fake. The influence of which has become massive). I wonder if Mr Bodzin got the titles for these tracks from recent excursions to these places, although why he would want to travel to Bedford is anyone's guess.
